This workshop offers a tinnie-tiny historical journey through clowning, exploring its roles in circuses, various cultures, and Western theater.
Through practical exercises, games and improv, we embrace vulnerability and imperfection, growing at ease with our own quirks. And we learn to laugh at ourselves.

This 10-day residential intensive is a laughter-infused deep-dive into clowning.
The clowning module is designed to provide practical techniques for participants to explore and develop their skills in clowning and/or in acting.
The process will also help differentiate between traditional clowning and its theatrical counterpart, where social commentary, satire, and storytelling take center stage.
